GLENWOOD SPRINGS — The Eagle County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Jia He Si, 52, of Glenwood Springs on a warrant out of the Eagle County District Court charging him with unlawful sexual contact.

The arrest stemmed from an incident on July 23 at the AA Oriental Touch Massage in Edwards. Si allegedly touched a female inappropriately dur­ing a massage. Si was previ­ously arrested in 2009 for a sexual offense in Pitkin Coun­ty.

Anyone who believes they may have been victimized dur­ing a massage at the AA Orien­tal Touch Massage in Edwards should call (970) 479-2200 to make a report.

Si is currently being held at the Eagle County Detention Facility with a no bond hold.
