No one was injured in a three-car accident that briefly blocked both southbound lanes of South Glen Avenue and 27th Street in Glenwood Springs around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Alejandro Florez-Ortiz, 19, of Glenwood Springs was cited with failing to yield the right of way when turning left and driving without a license, according to police chief Terry Wilson. Wilson said Florez-Ortiz drove a Toyota Tacoma north into the intersection and failed to yield when making a left turn onto 27th. A southbound Chevrolet Suburban clipped the rear of the Tacoma, and then a Honda Accord hit the Tacoma, causing it to roll up onto its side.
