“Mother Courage and Her Children,” a comedy/drama, filled with music, 7:30 p.m. at the Thunder River Theatre Company in Carbondale.

Frederic Chiu, classical piano recital, 7:30 p.m. at Mountain View Church, 2195 County Road 154. Admission is by membership ticket with the Glenwood Springs Community Concert Association, with additional seats offered at $20 per person.

Leap Day Stand Up Comedy Night, featuring local funny people, 7:30 p.m. at Steve’s Guitars, 19 N. 4th St. in Carbondale. Free for those born on Leap Day, $12 for everyone else.

SATURDAY

Easter Family Fun Day, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 824 Cooper Ave. in Glenwood Springs.

Alaskan King Crab Bake, starting at 5 p.m. at the Miner’s Claim Restaurant, 740 Main St. in Silt. Reservations: 876-5372.

Symphony Swing, dinner and dancing plus a live swing band, 5:30 p.m. at Hotel Colorado. Tickets (limited!) are $75 and must be reserved by 5 p.m. today. More information: 947-1389. See B4
