GLENWOOD SPRINGS — A California man who died in a one-vehicle crash on Four Mile Road Sunday afternoon has been identified as 34-year-old Shane Eric Minyard. The passenger left the scene and was later taken into custody by Garfield County Sheriff’s deputies on outstanding warrants, the CSP said in a news release.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but alcohol and speed are considered factors.
