The Carbondale Recreation Department will provide transportation around Carbondale and Glenwood on Wednesday, May 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $5. Registration deadline is Friday, May 2.

Learn how to save energy and money while conserving the earth’s resources from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the New Castle Community Center. The event will include refreshments, prizes, information, displays, advice from local experts, children’s activities.

St. Stephen’s Spring Wine Social will be held from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at Tatry’s Restaurant next to the Caravan Inn in Glenwood Springs. Wine, appetizers, a raffle and a silent auction will be part of the festivities. The raffle grand prize is a case of wine from Roaring Fork Liquors. This is a fundraiser for the St. Stephen’s Catholic School.
