Patsy June Fowler, 77, of Glenwood Springs passed away July 11, 2008, at Valley View Hospital.

She was born June 5, 1931, in Argonia, Kan., to O.A. Fowler and Margie (Derby) Fowler.

She married Loyd W. Fowler Jr. and has been a valley resident for 53 years.

She is survived by sister Pauline Clayton of Hutchinson, Kan.; son Roger (Madeleine) Fowler of Youngtown, Ariz.; daughter Kitty (Caleb) Whittington of Glenwood Springs; grandchildren Steven (Sarah) Ryan, Trevor Ryan and Mija Holtzman, Keenan Whittington, Parker Whittington, Shannon (Colin) Mclean, Shane Fowler, and Desiree (fiancé Nuzun Stahlecker) Fowler; great-grandchildren Chelsie, Cole and Page Ryan, Colin Mclean VI, Kera Mae Johnson and Skyler Stahlecker.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband; and son Alan Fowler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Columbine Home Health Inc., P.O. Box 2024, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602.
