Christiansen, Winschell to marry

Mindy Christiansen and Steven Winschell, both of Rifle, have announced their plans to marry Sept. 15, 2009, among family and friends during a sunset ceremony in Maui, Hawaii.

The prospective bride graduated from Rifle High School in 2002, and received her Associates of Arts degree from Colorado Mountain College. She has been employed at RifleWorks Inc. since 2003, as a bookkeeper and payroll administrator.

Her parents are Teresa and Sam Shahrokh and Dan and Donna Christiansen, all of Rifle.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Rifle High School and has since been employed with United Parcel Service in Aspen.

His proud parents are Steve and Cindy Winschell of Rifle. They share feelings of joy with Mindy’s parents in welcoming the union of marriage between their children.

Steven and Mindy look forward to many happy years filled with love, fun and friendship.

Young-Wikre engagement

Casey and Ruth Young of El Jebel are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Traci Lee Young, to Trevor Scott Wikre, son of Jeff and Kim Wikre of Berthoud. Traci is a 2003 graduate of Aspen High School. Both Traci and Trevor are graduates of Mesa State College. They are planning a July wedding.
