Rams, Titans to meet in Carbondale
CARBONDALE, Colorado — In a rematch of a game that went down to the wire in 2008, Roaring Fork will host Coal Ridge tonight.Last year, the Rams held off the Titans, 27-20, in Peach Valley. It took a late onside kick recovery to ice the victory for Roaring Fork.
A close game may be in the offing tonight as well. The Rams enter tonight's game at 1-7 overall and at 1-4 in the 2A WSL.
Coal Ridge is 2-6 overall and 0-5 in league.
Roaring Fork enters the weekend on the heels of a 42-21 loss to Aspen.
The Titans, in the midst of a five-game losing streak, sputtered to a 46-7 defeat against Grand Valley.
Cardinals look to improve to 7-2
PARACHUTE, Colorado — Grand Valley, up to 6-2 after beating Coal Ridge last week, plays host to Cedaredge tonight.The Bruins have struggled of late and enter this week with a four-game losing streak in tow. Cedaredge lost to Basalt, 27-13, last week.
