Samuel L. Wellington of Ft. Mohave, Ariz. passed away in Las Vegas on Dec. 7, 2009. Formerly of New Castle. He was 35.

He was born May 25, 1974 in Camp Pendleton, Calif.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Robin Wellington.

He is survived by his mother, Beatrice (Terry) Richardson; grandparents, Samuel (Mary) Clair, Richard (Inez) Wellington; sisters, Alana Avelar and Melissa Snell.

Services will be held Dec. 17, 2009 in Laughlin, Nevada.
