Crunchin' on a cricket: Miguel Grajeda of Rifle was bugging out on a bacon cheddar cricket during the “Bugs, Bon Appetit” class at the Rifle Branch Library on Tuesday. Laura West taught the class on entomophagy, the practice of eating insects. The free class, part of the Garfield Public Library District's Read Every Day summer program for teens, will also be held at 4 p.m. today at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library, at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Gordon Cooper Branch Library in Carbondale, at 3 p.m. Monday, June 20, at the Silt Community Center, and at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, at the Parachute Branch Library.
