Red, white and blue (plus a few): Low-lying clouds softened the scenery in the Glenwood Springs area on Wednesday morning, adding another layer to the colorful landscape of Red Mountain as seen from the Glenwood Springs Community Center on Wulfsohn Road. Heavy rainfall will soak the valley today, with snow at higher elevations tonight.
