Artist's Mercantile: "Cruisin' with Mountain Goats" photography exhibit opening
GLENWOOD SPRINGS - The high tundra works of Jeff Channell are featured at this exhibit of wildlife and landscape. Channell's photographs are of seldom-seen areas most people never visit, ranging from ridgetop views, to face-to-face shots of mountain goats. Channell said he likes the alpine areas above tree line and "cruising with mountain goats. These areas and animals are very inspiring," he said. Exhibit runs through April 6.

Gallery 809: Painter Lillian Wyant reception
