Pilot survives No Name plane crash

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado - The Garfield County Sheriff's Office and Garfield Search and Rescue have responded to a report of a plane crash in the No Name Creek area.

The initial call came in from above the No Name trailhead near the east end of Glenwood Canyon around 4 p.m., the Denver Post reported.

Sheriff's spokeswoman Tanny McGinnis confirmed that the pilot survived the crash. Search and Rescue personnel were on hand to bring the pilot out.
