Cody Justin Risk, 20, was charged with suspicion of disorderly conduct for fighting in public.Criminal mischief: Deputies responded to a business on First Street in Parachute on July 28 at 7:19 p.m. to help Parachute officers investigate a criminal mischief. The damage at the business was minor and no suspects have been identified. Traffic offenses: Deputies investigated a traffic complaint on July 28 at 3:50 p.m. at mile marker 81 on I-70 near Parachute. After an investigation, William John Lieberman, 19, of Grand Junction, and Katie Leigh Gray, 19, of Grand Junction, were issued traffic citations and released. Their vehicle was impounded.Warrant arrest: Deputies contacted Mario Manuel Pacheco, 26, of Rifle, on July 29 at 6:01 p.m. in Parachute. He was found to have an arrest warrant and was taken to jail.
