Hazel D. Anderson, 90, of Grand Junction died Sept. 12 at LaVilla Grande Care Center.

Funeral service is Saturday, Sept. 15, in South Dakota.

Survivors include daughter Carol, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
