Battlement Parkway in Battlement Mesa on Oct. 16 at 7:30 p.m. After investigation, Williamlee Adonis Golden, 18, of Parachute, was arrested on suspicion of harassment and criminal mischief and was taken to jail.Domestic arrest: Deputies responded to a domestic on Oct. 17 at 5:54 a.m. on Mineral Springs Circle in Battlement Mesa and arrested Thomas Wayne Collins, 43, of Parachute, on suspicion of harassment. He was taken to jail.Sexual assault report: On Oct. 19 at 8:11 a.m., deputies learned of a possible sexual assault on a child in the Rifle area. This case is currently under investigation.DUI: Deputies contacted a woman at South Battlement Parkway and Valley View Drive on Oct. 19 at 3:40 a.m. for speeding. Heather Leigh Neuleib, 22, of Parachute, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to jail.Dog at large: Deputies responded to a complaint in New Castle area on Oct. 19 at 6:49 p.m. of a dog harassing livestock. Deputies investigated and issued the dog's owner, Stacy Dawn Bosworth, 47, of New Castle, a summons.Assault arrest: Deputies contacted several people regarding a disturbance at Spencer Parkway and Arroyo Drive in Battlement Mesa on Oct. 19 at 11:05 p.m. Richard Leroy Richey, 36, of Parachute, was arrested on suspicion of several misdemeanor charges.Pot party: Police responded to a noise complaint in the 300 block of West 5th Street on Oct. 19 at 2:27 a.m. Sophia Concannon, 40, of Rifle, was issued a summons for driving under restraint, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sarah Brusig, 23, of Rifle, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana. Ana Hernandez, 22, of Rifle, was arrested and taken to jail on suspicion of offenses relating to marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Assault: On Oct. 19 at 10:24 p.m., police responded to the 800 block of West 24th Street for a report of an assault. This case is under investigation. Curfew violations: Police observed a vehicle parked after park hours at Davidson Park on Oct. 20 at 12:41 a.m. A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody and released to a guardian with a summons for curfew and false reporting to authorities for providing officers with an inaccurate date of birth. An 18-year-old male was issued a warning for park hours. Window shot out: Officers responded to the 200 block of West 20th Street for a weapons violation on Oct. 20 at 6:29 p.m. A window was broken by an apparent gun shot. The case is closed, pending further information. Assault: Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 1500 block of Railroad Avenue on Oct. 20 at 8:24 p.m. and found a man had allegedly been stabbed by Angel Panjojtol, 25, of Rifle. The victim sustained a minor injury. Panjojtol was arrested on suspicion of second degree assault and felony menacing and was taken to jail. DUI: Police contacted Gilberto Ramirez-Mendez, 36, of Parachute, in the 100 block of East 18th Street for a traffic violation on Oct. 20 at 11:01 p.m. Mendez was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI, and driving with a revoked license and was taken to jail.DUI: Police responded to the 2400 block of Pine Lane for a domestic disturbance on Oct. 20 at 11:24 p.m. Cody Allen Smith, 22, of Rifle, was arrested on suspicion of DUI, domestic violence, harassment, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Child abuse: Deputies responded to a disturbance outside Rifle on Oct. 20 at 10:05 p.m. Johnnie Wayne Gates, 59, of Rifle, was issued a summons for child abuse.Warrant arrest: Deputies responded to a residence on a welfare check on County Road 293 near Rifle on Oct. 21 at 4:11 a.m. and learned Jesse Orlando Moya, 38, of Rifle, had an active arrest warrant. He was taken to the New Castle Police Department, where he posted bond and was released.Speeding: Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-70 near Parachute on Oct. 21 at 11:50 a.m. The driver, Kandra Emerson Northglen, 23, was arrested on suspicion of speeding, having no drivers license or insurance. She was taken to jail. Criminal mischief: Deputies took a report of criminal mischief at 137 Morning Star Dr. in Battlement Mesa on Oct. 22 at 1:57 p.m. This case is inactive pending further investigative leads.
