Driving while under the influence: At 1:41 a.m. on Oct. 17, a deputy stopped a vehicle outside of Glenwood Springs for a traffic violation. The driver, Sydney Regan Bibby, 46, of Glenwood Springs, was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence, failure to drive in a single lane, possession of drug paraphernalia, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, and other charges and booked into the county jail.
Driving under the influence: At 3:40 a.m. on Oct. 19, Heather Leigh Neuleib, 22, of Parachute, was stopped for speeding 10-19 miles per hour over the limit on South Battlement Parkway in Battlement Mesa. She was issued a summons into court and released.
Dog harassing livestock: At 6:49 p.m. on Oct. 19, deputies were called to Valley Drive outside of New Castle, over a complaint about a dog at large, bothering livestock. The dog's owner, Stacy Dawn Bosworth, 47, of New Castle, was issued a summons into court over the incident.
