Warrant arrest: Marco Ray Rodriguez, 22, of Rifle, went to the Rifle Police Department, 201 E. 18th St., on Nov. 26 at 8:41 a.m. for court-mandated fingerprints. Officers discovered Rodriguez had an active warrant, so he was arrested and released after posting bond. Pot possession: An officer made a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Third Street on Nov. 26 at 7:19 p.m. Brian Daniel Sullivan, 26, of Carbondale, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana. Criminal mischief: A deputy responded to a criminal mischief incident on East Carson Circle outside Parachute on Nov. 27 at 8:48 a.m. The case is under investigation.Theft: Deputies took a report of a theft on U.S. Highway 6 outside Silt on Nov. 28 at 7:57 a.m. The estimated value of the theft is approximately $400. At this time, there are no suspects or leads.Harassment: Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on West Silverbell Place in Battlement Mesa on Nov. 28 at 7:41 p.m. After investigation, Mark Allen Leist, 46, was arrested and taken to jail.DUID: Police responded to an accident in the 2000 block of Railroad Avenue on Nov. 28 at 7:05 p.m. Fernando Antonio Carreon, 19, of Rifle, was issued a summons for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and was released.Criminal mischief: Police investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of West Sixth Street on Nov. 28 at 11:05 p.m. and arrested Glen Madison Sell, 28, of Rifle, on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence. Shots fired: Deputies responded to a shots fired call on County Road 302 outside Parachute on Nov. 29 at 7:42 p.m. While investigating the incident, deputies learned Joshua Robert Michaelis, 31, of Rifle, was allegedly intoxicated while he possessed and shot two firearms and was also a convicted felon. Deputies also learned Jerice Larae Brinklow, 26, of Parachute, was allegedly in violation of a mandatory protection order. Both were arrested and taken to jail.Domestic violence: Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of West Third Street on Nov. 29 at 11:07 p.m. Peter Frank Kaminski, 33, of Rifle, was arrested on suspicion of third degree assault, domestic violence and resisting arrest and was taken to jail.Warrant arrest: Officers arrested Krystine Diane Cuevas, 18, of Rifle, on Nov. 30 at 9:54 a.m. when she turned herself in at Rifle Police Department, 201 E. 18th St., for a warrant. Curfew violation: Police contacted a vehicle in the 300 block of East 30th Street on Dec. 1 at 1:30 a.m. for being in the park after hours. Officers found two juveniles, a 17-year-old boy from New Castle and a 16-year-old girl form Silt, in the vehicle who were out after curfew. They were issued summons for curfew violation and released to their parents. Pot found: Police stopped a vehicle with an expired temporary permit in the 500 block of Airport Road on Dec. 1 at 1:11 p.m. The driver, Nate Lloyd Charlesworth, 20, of Silt, was allegedly driving with a restrained driver's license. During an inventory of the vehicle, officers found suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charlesworth was released from the scene with a summons. Harassment: Officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Park Avenue on Dec. 1 at 2:04 p.m. Jamie Nicole O'Brien, 28, of Rifle, was arrested on suspicion of harassment and was taken to jail.Warrant arrest: On Dec. 1 at 6:23 p.m., officers contacted Katelyn Louise Ludwig, 21, of Rifle, in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue, who they recognized as having an active warrant. Ludwig was arrested for the warrant and issued a summons for driving under restraint. She was taken to jail.Theft: Officers took a report of the theft of a purse in the 1000 block of Airport Road on Dec. 2 at 5:02 p.m.Fight: Police responded to a fight in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue on Dec. 2 at 6:02 p.m. A suspect ran from officers and was apprehended after a foot pursuit. Harley Weldon Hamlin, 21, of Rifle, was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protection order, criminal mischief, and obstructing a peace officer. Hamlin was released with a summons. Theft: Police responded to the 100 block of East Eighth Street on Dec. 3 at 5:48 a.m. to take a report of items stolen from a motor vehicle.
