Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was in "responsible charge" during the raid on our consulate in Bengazi. She admitted as much publicly afterward.
When asked to testify before Congress, her appearance was delayed because of medical problems. This gave both Secretary Clinton and her questioners more than enough time to prepare.
Unfortunately, the Republicans blew it by not knowing when to stop talking. Several good questions went unanswered because the questioners' time ran out while he or she rambled on. The whole procedure was a farce.
Secretary Clinton should have been fired over the established fact that requests for more security were ignored. The result was the killing of four Americans, including our ambassador to Libya.
Without taking a stand on the current controversy over gun issues I do think that it is appropriate to quote the Second Amendment to our Constitution in its entirety.
Although the punctuation varies depending on the version, the words are the same. "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
The portion about the "well regulated militia" seems to be noticeably missing from most of the quotes in the media.
