Brandon "Fuzzy Butt" Fazzi left this world for his last great adventure on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013. He lived life to the fullest measure ... with his touch it, feel it, do it attitude, he always lived on his own terms, full speed ahead and never looking back.
Everyday was an adventure he had yet to experience and there were no strangers in his life, only people he had not yet met and paths he had yet to travel. Brandon was a compassionate, kind, caring man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Brandon was born June 5, 1990 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. As a young man he was always interested in building and engineering. He participated in all sports and loved the great outdoors; hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling were among his favorite outdoor activities. Brandon was an accomplished marksman who won countless trophies in everything he chose to participate in.
Brandon is survived by his parents, Ron and Patti Fazzi, Grandfather Freddie Fazzi, aunts and uncles Debbie and Chuck Lyons (Flagstaff, AZ), Donna and Rocky Fix (Silt, CO), Kathy and Tom Miller (Clifton, AZ), Marty and Wayne Whitman (Rifle, CO), nine cousins and numerous great aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Ann Fazzi, and Grandparents Gerald and Darlene Rogers along with Great-Grandparents Rex and Mable Robinson and Richard and Lena Fazzi.
Visitation took place Wednesday, Feb. 6 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Rifle Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Thursday, Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at the Garfield County Fairgrounds in Rifle, Colorado with Rev. Mark Opstein officiating. Burial will take place at Skyline Cemetery in Silt, Colorado.
Brandon loved to laugh and to make those around him laugh as well. He could take an ordinary moment and make it extraordinary. Brandon's compassion for others was amazing, he was always trying to help someone else and he cared about everyone.
His passion for life kept him always on the go ... My life hereafter is from this moment on.
