Man admits robbing Glenwood bank in 2012

Mark Douglas Osterloo pleaded guilty to robbery and felony theft this week, nearly three years after he entered the U.S. Bank in Glenwood Springs claiming to have a gun and walked out with $6,000.

Osterloo, 48, of Denver, was arrested in June 2012 for a pair of robberies in Colorado Springs, and was chosen out of a lineup as the suspect in the Glenwood case. The Glenwood robbery occurred on April 27, 2012.

His disposition calls for a total of eight years in prison for the Garfield County incident, to be served concurrently with similar charges in El Paso and Mesa counties. He is scheduled for sentencing on June 9.
