Silt Heyday

Silt Heyday celebrates this year with a "Beach Party in Silt." It all begins Friday night, July 28, with a town of Silt-sponsored concert and fireworks at Stoney Ridge Park. Saturday features the annual pancake breakfast followed by a parade, food and craft vendors, beach volleyball, horseshoe and corn hole tournaments, limbo contest and bands throughout the day and evening.

At the big tent kids can play a variety of games all day long for $5. Exclusive Athletic Club hosts a beach body competition where a $50 entry fee will win some lucky person a top prize of $1,000. Sunday will bring the Heyday Hobble 5K run and Classic Car Show. For more information call 970-876-5861 or email siltheyday@gmail.com.
