Joseph Henry Kammers

Joseph Henry Kammers, 66, passed away in Rifle, Colorado on April 14. Joseph was born to Lloyd and Jean Kammers on August 2, 1948 in Pine River, Michigan.

Joe “Mama”, as he was known, joined the US Army and served in Vietnam from 1969-1970. He later married Nancy Cope Henderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Two Rivers Café in Basalt, Colorado.

Joe is survived by his wife, Nancy, and son, Michael; Brothers, Lloyd (Melinda), and Terry, along with many friends.

Joe was preceded in death by his daughter, Trista.
