Emergency services respond to I-70 crash west of Glenwood

Emergency responders were dispatched Tuesday afternoon to a vehicle crash just west of Glenwood Springs on Interstate 70.

The wreck appeared to be backing up westbound traffic just before 5 p.m.

The exact number of vehicles involved was not immediately known, but the wreck was reported on a  sweeping curve near mile marker 112, said Glenwood Springs Fire Chief Gary Tillotson.
