Chocolate Extravaganza returns

The preschoolers and teachers of the Children’s Mini College at Colorado Mountain College are preparing for the Chocolate Extravaganza, their annual fundraiser and silent auction, on Saturday, Feb. 22.
This year’s festivities will be held at CMC Glenwood Springs, on Blake Avenue. The preschool’s huge chocolate fountain will make a comeback as well.
Tickets are $15, and participants will receive two glasses of wine, as well as savory bites and endless chocolate treats. The silent auction includes certificates for local restaurants, health and fitness, lodging, artwork, jewelry, and automotive care, massages and other services.
All proceeds go toward the preschool’s operational expenses and tuition assistance.
The Chocolate Extravaganza will be held from 5–8 p.m. Saturday at CMC Glenwood Springs, 1402 Blake Ave. For more information contact Joan Chovanec, Children’s Mini College preschool director, at 970-945-2446 or visit coloradomtn.edu/campuses/glenwood-springs/mini-college/events/.
