Here are some ideas for what to do this weekend.

Friday

Cocina del Valle has been bringing delicious Latin American cuisine to the valley for four months now, and the operators want to thank you for your support. Starting at 10 a.m. Friday and lasting through the weekend, the restaurant is holding community appreciation days. You’ll experience great music, new menu items, drink specials and 15 percent off for locals. Stop by at 305 Gold Rivers Court in Basalt.

Saturday

Don’t miss your last opportunity to experience Redstone’s Magical Moments Summer Concert Series at Redstone Park. From 5:30-7:30 p.m., Hell Roaring String Band closes out the free series with traditional bluegrass, innovative originals and eclectic covers.

Sunday

The Black Nugget in Carbondale presents a one-night-only reunion show from The Roosters, as Josh Phillips will be visiting from L.A. The show starts at 8 p.m. (since it’s a school night) and will feature smoking hot blues and classic rock. There’s no cover, but you must be 21 or older to enter.
