SABROSA RESTAURANTE

We Speak Imaginese will perform at Sabrosa Restaurante, located at 122 S. Fifth St. in Grand Junction, on Friday, Jan. 2, at 10 p.m. The show is open to ages 21 and over.

SUDS BROTHERS BREWERY

Stephanie Takata will perform at Suds Brothers Brewery (127 E. Aspen Ave., Fruita) on Saturday, Jan. 3, from 7-10 p.m. The show is free and open to the public.

LA PUERTA

La Puerta will host a community contra dance on Saturday, Jan. 3, from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at 523 1/2 Main St., in Grand Junction. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for students and $4 for ages 10-17.

CHARLIE DWELLINGTON’S

A weekly blues jam is set every Tuesday night at Charlie Dwellington’s (103 N. First St., Grand Junction) from 7-10 p.m. It includes open-play sessions and performances by the host band. It is free and open to the public.

AVALON THEATRE

The Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra joins singer Steve Lippia in celebrating the life and music of Frank Sinatra with a tribute on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $25-45 and it’s open to all ages.

Bela Fleck and Abigal Washburn will perform on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $20-35 and open to all ages.
