USA TODAY says Grind buffalo burgers among Colorado’s best
USA TODAY readers picked Glenwood Springs’ Grind as the state’s third best buffalo burger. The publication wrote, “With meat leaner than beef, buffalo has become a popular alternative, appearing on burger menus across the state.” Grind offers two buffalo burgers: SXSW, served with lettuce, pico, jalapenos, avocado mash, chipotle mayo and pepper jack; and Will Cody, served with lettuce, fried jalapenos, bacon, Kansas City barbecue sauce, green chili sour cream and American cheese.
