There is plenty of music scheduled this week in Colorado’s Grand Valley, including rock and folk between Aug. 14-20.

CHARLIE DWELLINGTON’S

A weekly blues jam is set for every Tuesday night at Charlie Dwellington’s (103 N. First St., Grand Junction) from 7-10 p.m. It includes open-play sessions and performances by the host band. The event is free.

The Oxymorons will perform on Friday, Aug. 14, at 8 p.m.



COPPER CLUB BREWING COMPANY

Jeremiah & the Red Eyes will perform on Friday, Aug. 14, at 8 p.m. at Copper Club Brewing Company (233 E. Aspen Ave., Fruita). The show is free and open to all ages.

COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY

Rockestra will perform on Colorado Mesa University’s Quad on Saturday, Aug. 15, at 8 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.

CRUISERS BAR

A Wasted Effort will perform on Friday, Aug. 14, at Cruisers Bar (715 Horizon Dr., Grand Junction).

Scott Charles will perform on Saturday, Aug. 15.

The shows start at 9:3 p.m., cost $5 and open to ages 21 and older.

EDGEWATER BREWERY

Edgewater Brewery (905 Struthers Ave., Grand Junction) will host KAFM’s Radio Daze on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 3-9 p.m. The event will feature music by Sherpa Sherpa, We Speak Imaginese and The Navigators.

The shows are free to attend and open to all ages.

FOURTH DOOR ART & MUSIC COLLECTIVE

Days N Daze, Night Gaunts, No Cash Vanlue, and Deep Purple Rain will perform on Friday, Aug. 14, at 7 p.m. at The 4th Door (400 Grand Ave., Grand Junction). The show costs $8 per person and open to all ages.

HOT TOMATO PIZZERIA

Lincoln Pants Band will perform on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 6-8 p.m. at Hot Tomato Pizzeria (124 N. Mulberry St., Fruita). The show is free and open to all ages.

SABROSA

New York City Cops will perform on Friday, Aug. 14, at 10 p.m. at Sabrosa (122 S. Fifth St., Grand Junction). The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.

The Mystic Circus will perform on Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 9:30 p.m. The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.

THE LOCAL

Here’s to Fightin’ will perform at The Local (336 Main St., Grand Junction) on Saturday, Aug. 15, at 9:30 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.

Be Calm Honcho will perform on Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 9:30 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.

TWO RIVERS WINERY

Influx will perform on Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 7 p.m. The show costs $15 and open to all ages.

WINE COUNTRY INN

Shea Bramer will perform at Wine Country Inn (777 Grande River Dr., Palisade) on Friday, Aug. 14, at 7 p.m. The show costs $5 for non-hotel and non-restaurant guests.
