Many performances are planned throughout the Grand Valley, featuring a variety of music styles — from folk to rock — between May 15-21.
ALE HOUSE
Poke Squid will perform on Friday, May 15, from 5-8 p.m. at The Ale House located at 2531 N. 12th St., in Grand Junction.
The Conifer will perform on Saturday, May 16, from 5-8 p.m.
GQ will perform its last set as a jazz quartet on Thursday, May 21, at 5 p.m.
The shows are free and open to all ages.
BARONS
Ruby Horsethief will perform on Friday, May 15, at 10 p.m. at Barons (539 Colorado Ave., Grand Junction). The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.
CAVALCADE
Chris Thayer will perform comedy at Cavalcade, located at 201 E. Aspen Ave., in Fruita on Tuesday, May 19, at 8 p.m. It costs $5 and open to ages 18 and up.

CHARLIE DWELLINGTON’S
Tight Thump will perform at Charlie Dwellington’s (103 N. First St., Grand Junction) on Saturday, May 16, at 10 p.m. The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.
COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY
Colorado Mesa University’s cello faculty Kristen Yeon-Ji Yun presents a collaborative cello ensemble on Friday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m. The performance is set for CMU’s Moss Performing Arts Center (1100 North Ave., Grand Junction). The event is free and open to the public.

Six Shooter will perform on Friday, May 15, at 8 p.m. at Copper Club Brewing Company (233 E. Aspen Ave., Fruita). The show is free and open to all ages.
Tony Rosario will perform on Saturday, May 16, at 8 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.
HOT TOMATO PIZZERIA
Gigi Love will perform on Saturday, May 16, at Hot Tomato Pizzeria (124 Mulberry St., Fruita). The show is from 6-8 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
THE LOCAL
Eldren and The Conifer will perform on Thursday, May 21, at 10 p.m. at The Local (336 Main St., Grand Junction). The show is free and open to all ages.
PALISADE BREWING COMPANY
Russ Chapman will perform on Friday, May 15, at 7 p.m., at Palisade Brewing Company (200 Peach Ave., Palisade).
The JACK + JILL duo will perform on Saturday, May 16. The show starts at 7 p.m.
Jill Cohn will perform on Sunday, May 17, at 1 p.m.
The shows are free and open to the public.
ROCKSLIDE BREWERY
Bicycle Annie will perform on Saturday, May 16, at 10 p.m. The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.
SABROSA RESTAURANTE
Wild High will perform on Friday, May 15, at 9:45 p.m. at Sabrosa Restaurante (122 S. Fifth St., Grand Junction). The show is free and open to ages 18 and older.
JACK + JILL and The Conifer will perform on Wednesday, May 20, at 9:30 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages until 11 p.m. It is also the release of JACK + JILL’s newest CD titled “COLORADiO.”
SWEET RIVER GARDENS
A Local Jam is set for Saturday and Sunday, May 16-17, at Sweet River Gardens, located at 312 29 Road. It is a collaboration of local bands, DJs, performing artists and dancers. Bands include The Conifer, JACK + JILL, No Outlet, This Foul Year.
Tickets cost $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Those 18 and under must be with a parent or guardian.
SUDS BROTHERS BREWERY
Jill Cohn will perform on Saturday, May 16, at Suds Brothers Brewery (127 E. Aspen Ave., Fruita). The show starts at 7 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.
TWO RIVERS WINERY & CHATEAU
Stray Grass will perform at Jazz Among the Grapevines on Tuesday, May 19, at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $15 and open to all ages.
