And it’s respectable. (Unlike other professional sports where fighting seems to be acceptable.)What kind of driver are you? Fast and furious. Always looking around like, ‘Where’s the 5-0 at?’What do you drink while watching a race? It depends. If I’m not at work, margaritas or Smirnoff Ice.When did you move to Garfield County and why? Lived in the area since childhood, except for attending school in Arizona. Purchased a house in Rifle four years ago.
Favorite place in Garfield County? Hanging Lake.First thing you’d buy after winning the lottery? One of those big old country western motor homes so I could go to every race. For other people, I’d make sure my nieces and nephews could get college educations, and a comfortable retirement for my parents.First NASCAR race? The Daytona 500 that Dale Senior was killed in.Best NASCAR race? Anytime Dale Junior is in Talladega.What do you do in your spare time? I always chit-chat with everybody. Browse sports Web sites.
