A fitting description for us all
Dear Editor,
Russ Colletti wrote in his letter, to describe terrorists:
“They hate everybody that doesn’t believe in what they believe; they are on a campaign to change the world into a monolithic singular consciousness. They want to make everyone that they come in contact with feel as though they can’t conduct their personal lives without the guidance of their leadership and divine knowledge.”
He then extends that description to, specifically, “Sue Gray and her roving band of deadheads.” Frankly, there is an awful lot of truth in what he says about both.
But come on now, read that description again. If this isn’t an excellent description of the right-wing moral-majority think-as-I-think-or-be-damned element in this country today, I don’t know what would be. And now that I think about it, it just may describe me, too. … ratz!
