A `peace army’ could diffuse social violence

Dear Editor,

Only the Natural Law Party is calling for a halt to military arms sales by the United States to other countries, as well as developing alternatives to oil dependency. The rhetoric of the other parties, invoking the hallowed names of Gandhi, Martin Luther King and JFK, is political rhetoric. Their parties differ little by way of constructive change. Please support my candidacy for State Representative District 61, Gunnison, Crested Butte to Aspen to Glenwood Springs to Silt. This district can tell the world WE WANT PEACE.

The NLP has proposed to Congress an alternative to invading Iraq, a peace army, scientifically proven to help diffuse social violence without military intervention. Visit our website at http://www.natural-law-colorado.org.
