Adult Resources for Care and Help program gets funding to continue

Northwest Colorado Options for Long Term Care has been funded to continue the ARCH (Adult Resources for Care and Help) Program in Garfield County.

The program is designed for individuals that are 60 years of age or older, and individuals who are 18 years of age or older with a disabling condition that impairs activities of daily living.

Services provided by NWCOLTC staff will include telephone information and referral, telephone contacts to connect recipients to appropriate resources, telephone follow-through to assure resource connections for those in need, face-to-face visits and/or hands-on assistance with applications to those in need, distribution of funding for services and equipment to qualifying individuals.
