PLAINVILLE, KS – Harris, Anita, 87, Plainville Hospital nursing assistant, died Thursday, August 13, 2009. Service, 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 17, Downing & Lahey Mortuary West in Wichita, KS. Graveside service will follow at 3:30 P.M., Mounds Cemetery in Mounds, OK. Preceded in death by husband, Burl; son, Kenneth; daughter-in-law, Carol; brothers, Francis W., Lelis W. and Alfred R. Record; sisters, Jennie M. Cummings, Juliana Hughes and Mary Fields. Survivors: children and their spouses, Robert Harris, Tom and Leslie Harris, all of Great Bend, KS, Jerry and Reesa Harris and Dorothy and Mark Schmidt of Topeka, KS; Jacquie and Carl Meitler of Glenwood Springs, CO, Patricia Harris and David Richardson of Wichita, KS; daughter-in-law, Diane Harris of Hays, KS; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren.
