Qualls joins Tan Envy Salon

Tan Envy Salon in Silt welcomes Michelle Qualls as a new stylist and nail tech. Michelle is a full-time stylist and nail tech. Clearly CrossFit expands to Silt Trade Center

Rocky Mountain Strength and Conditioning Inc. and Clearly CrossFit has expanded into a larger facility at 2222 Mustang in the Silt Trade Center. Beginning in June, owner and operator Barry Bovee is offering a three-month “Boot Camp” at 6:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, for $225. The first “Boot Camp” will be held on Monday, June 3. Fight Like a Girl at NCFF

Good judgment, vigilance and preparation may be the best weapons for self-defense. Recent news topics may be the motivation to practice these virtues in an attempt to protect ourselves against violence. New Castle Family Fitness is presenting the “Fight Like a Girl” personal violence protection program for women and girls. Students will learn how to make better decisions and get away from an attacker. NCFF is hosting the two part course on June 1 and June 8 from 10 a.m. to noon instructed by Marie Hale. Dalby, Wendland & Co relocates to new Rifle office

Dalby, Wendland & Co. P.C. relocated to its new offices at the Grand River Plaza One building last week. The office will be closing during the move and will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, May 21. The new address is Grand River Plaza One, 796 Megan Ave. #200.

The firm opened the Rifle office in 2005. Rifle’s managing partner Duane Antes says, “We are pleased to provide the same great service from our new location in the growing business center of South Rifle.”
