Midland Fitness’ Harbottle an ALine certified expert
Midland Fitness personal trainer Jennifer Harbottle is an ALine Certified expert. This means that Glenwood Springs and New Castle area residents can now get access to a professionally fit, patented foot suspension insert. Most people suffer from misalignment from the feet, ankles and knees. What is described as lower back pain, sore feet, and aching knees can often be traced to poor alignment. Other common problems such as plantar fasciitis, neuromas and shin splints can be minimized or eliminated with Aline inserts. Professional personal trainers at Midland Fitness and NCFF are experts at teaching practical biomechanics to reduce joint wear, fatigue and injury due to poor alignment, abuse and age.
