Nate Rand earns advanced certification

Nate Rand, personal trainer at Midland Fitness and New Castle Family Fitness, recently earned his 11th certification. Nate attended a two-day conference at which the focus was proper alignment through biomechanics and injury prevention. Proper structural alignment of the body has many benefits. Today’s top trainers are finding that the best pro athletes are those that have the best mechanics — they move better and are more resistant to injury. Nate’s ability to practically apply this knowledge to the average person helps to reduce pain and common injuries. Call 945-4440 to schedule an assessment.
