Registration open for Roaring Fork Women’s Triathlon Team
Registration is now open for the Roaring Fork Women’s Triathlon Team 2016 summer training program. Orientation meeting is Wednesday, April 20, at Glenwood Medical Associates. First training session begins on Wednesday morning, May 4, and continues twice weekly through Aug. 6. The program is in its 17th year of teaching women the basics of swimming, biking, running/walking, heart-rate monitoring and mental skills training to complete a sprint triathlon. Easter holiday library closure
In addition to the four Garfield County Libraries that are usually closed on Sundays, the Glenwood Springs and Rifle branches will be closed on Sunday, March 27, in celebration of Easter. Normal hours will resume at 10 a.m. Monday, March 28, for all six libraries.
