Lenten Fish Fry

St. Stephen’s Catholic School is hosting a Lenten Fish Fry for the remaining “FRY-days” of Lent through Friday, April 11. The school will be serving fried fish and/or baked fish, coleslaw, bread and lemonade. We have a kid-friendly option of cheese pizza, too. It will be from 5-7 p.m. in the basement of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. Prices are $8 for adults, $4 for children 4-12, free for children 3 and under, and $22 for a family of four (each additional family member $4), and $6 for seniors 65 and older. To-go orders will be available. All proceeds will benefit the school.

Memorial service for Eddie Fralick

A memorial service for Glenwood Springs resident Eddie Fralick takes place at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 6, at the Glenwood Springs High School Auditorium. Fralick, 34, died unexpectedly on March 12, 2014. Surviving family, including his aunt and uncle of Orangeburg, S.C., will share a video of his memorial service that took place there in March. The community is invited to join Fralick’s family and friends on April 6 at GSHS to celebrate his memory and spirit.
