Registatrion for BMS Multi-Sport coaching services is currently underway

BMS Multi-Sport provides a full range of professional coaching services that are specifically designed to help athletes/triathletes reach their full athletic potential. Custom designed training programs along with individualized fitness analysis, sport specific performance clinics, hands-on coaching sessions and nutritional consultations enable each athlete to understand and ultimately exploit their unique athletic ability. David Clark is the Head Coach and owner of BMS Multi-Sport and has been coaching athletes/triathletes for over 15 years.

BMS Multi-Sport is currently setting up programs and registering athletes for the 2015 Triathlon/Athletic season. For the holiday season, CCAH transforms the R2 Gallery into a shop filled with artisanal goods created by local and regional artists. The Deck the Walls Holiday Show features fine jewelry, silks scarves and wool cowls; handmade dolls, lamps and candles; handcrafted bath and beauty supplies and kitchen wares; and one-of-a-kind holiday ornaments and cards.
