Mesa Vista introduces new Adult Day Program

Mesa Vista Assisted Living in Battlement Mesa would like to announce the opening of their new Adult Day Program, open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program offers seniors a safe, supportive environment with friendly social interaction, planned activities, snacks and a hot lunch, giving spouses or other caregivers a break. Registatrion for BMS Multi-Sport coaching services

BMS Multi-Sport provides a full range of professional coaching services that are specifically designed to help athletes/triathletes reach their full athletic potential. Custom designed training programs along with individualized fitness analysis, sport specific performance clinics, hands-on coaching sessions and nutritional consultations enable each athlete to understand and ultimately exploit their unique athletic ability. David Clark is the Head Coach and owner of BMS Multi-Sport and has been coaching athletes/triathletes for over 15 years.

BMS Multi-Sport is currently setting up programs and registering athletes for the 2015 Triathlon/Athletic season.
