Holiday Open House at Colorado Animal Rescue

CARE is having an open house from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, and from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13. Adoption fees will be waived. All shelter animals are free for this limited time. Bring fun stuffers to help us fill the shelter animals’ stockings and hors d’oeuvres. Let CARE treat you to some holiday treats for all you do for our furry friends. Second Saturday for New Castle Senior Center Holiday Craft Fair

The annual New Castle Senior Center Holiday Craft Fair is open a second Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 13 at the New Castle Senior Housing Activity Center. There will be unique gifts and decorations including items for fans of the Broncos.

Do You Want to Build a Snowman?

Come and build a snowman at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31. We will be building snowmen, playing games, winning prizes, and having lots of fun. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served. Bring an old tube sock if you can.
