Relay For Life of Rifle Area

The American Cancer Society is hosting the Relay For Life of the Rifle Area in an effort to raise awareness and funding for anyone effected by cancer. Registration can be completed at or at the event beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 16. Opening ceremony is at 10 a.m., followed by Survivor and Caregiver recognition. Lunch will be served at noon, free for Survivors and Caregivers, $5 per plate for everyone else. There will be inspiration, fun and fellowship through the day. Luminaria ceremony is at 9:30 p.m. Luminaria bags can be purchased for $5 each. Closing ceremony will be at 10 p.m. Donations are being accepted at the website.

Additionally the Relay For Life of the Rifle Area is hosting a 5K race. $15 entry fee. Registration begins at 7 am, and the race will start at 8 am. All proceeds go to the Relay For Life.
