Garfield County Winter Job Fair

The Glenwood Springs Workforce Center is hosting a winter hiring event from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Glenwood Springs Library, 815 Cooper Ave. Representatives from more than 20 businesses will attend with full- and part-time positions to be filled. There will be hundreds of seasonal jobs with ski resorts and hotels across the state, and job seekers can also find out about year-round positions as well. Having an account with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s job bank, Connecting Colorado (www.connectingcolorado.com), is helpful but not required. For more information contact the workforce center at 51027 Highway 6&24 Suite 173; 970-945-8638; or CDLE_glenwood_springs_wfc@state.co.us.
