Greeson is the daughter of Kimberly J. and Randy E. Greeson of Battlement Mesa, sister of Jack R. Greeson of Battlement Mesa, granddaughter of Jack R. Greeson of Aurora, and niece of Sherry and niece of Mitchell Berreth of Seattle.

She is a 2011 graduate of Grand Valley High School.
