Valley View Kids & Teens Safety Fair Receives $5,000 grant from State Farm

Local State Farm agents Jeff Leonard and Carl Ciani presented a check for $5,000 to Laurale Cross, administrative director of Women’s Services at Valley View on Aug. 26.

These funds will be used to offer a new component called the Teen Zone at the annual Valley View Kids & Teens Safety Fair on Sept. 12. The Teen Zone will focus on educational, demonstration booths aimed at new drivers. These booths will promote smart decision making and safe driving practices.

State Farm has provided Valley View $37,500 in grants since 2010.
