Marney family appreciates love, care and support

The family of Melva Marney would like to take this time to thank this wonderful community for the love, care and support we received upon her death and the years of care preceding death.

We particularly thank the staff of the E. Dene Moore Care Center of Grand River Health for her care during her three years of residency. The staff also provided tremendous support and care to our family, as they worked with us through Melva’s transition. We are hopeful that this facility and staff are available to our community for many years to come.

And a special thanks to the police departments of Rifle and Glenwood Springs that got the funeral procession from Rifle through Glenwood safely, with minimal impact to other drivers. All were extremely professional and helpful.

Melva felt blessed to be a part of this community, as does her family. Thank you all.

The family of Melva Lorraine Marney
