Another response to Tom Ziemann

Dear Editor,In response to Tom Ziemann of Catholic Charities (Jan. 5, Catholic Charities Clarification) and their provision of support services to illegal aliens, blaming the federal government is shameless. As a Catholic myself, my faith tells me that enabling criminal behavior is wrong. If you had a conscience, you would do the right thing and encourage illegal aliens to return to their country and apply for legal status like millions of others. Now, I will think twice about contributing to Catholic charities. Aiding and abetting criminals is a sin –even to ‘the least among us’.Gerry WadeMarietta, Ga.
