The Carbondale Chamber Lodging Tax Committee received more than 250 entries to the slogan contest. The finalists are: 1) “Carbondale: Small Town, Big Adventures”; 2) “Carbondale: Crossroads to Adventure”; and 3) “Carbondale: Where it all comes together.”

The chamber is looking for the phrase that will sum up Carbondale’s strengths, including its proximity to year-round outdoor recreation, views, a growing collection of restaurants, a creative arts community, and its mountain style. The chamber hopes the slogan will resonate with outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and help bring people to Carbondale.

The deadline is Tuesday, March 1.
